Using icon as content and formalist qualities to convey mood I venture to comment on being and feeling human. Nonspecific overlapping silhouettes are a frame of reference for greater detail. Unfastened earrings, walkers, and symbolic crosses suggest human aid and vulnerability. Color, yielding materials and restorative stitching create an atmosphere of emotion and uncertainty. Being both very real and at the same time completely vulnerable defines the opposing nature of our reality.

I was only able to add one hyperlink per e-mail. I apologize for the cut and paste inconvenience.
GAUCHE
this is exactly what is due today - a wonderful summary of your progress this term. I look forward to reviewing all of your research/development on your blog.
Your blog is very comprehensive. The template also reminds me of your surface design, which is nice. I think you need to add more information underneath each image that you post. The viewer wants to know what they are looking at, especially on a blog where there is ample room for questions and commentary. What about the green text? Is that something you've done to push it back visually, as it was before you began your current body of work?
Amie,
I have included additional descriptive information as you suggested. The green text is an attempt to archive older information that I want to store in cyber space. It includes statements, materials lists, course descriptions and other such information.

Thanks for the update. Hope your child is feeling better. Your blog and course postings are very thorough! Thank you. I look forward to reading your answers to the questions I posed in the Studio Notes / FINALE post. Cheers!
