Hi, Norma. The only kind of attachment blogger will accept is a jpg. If you will copy and paste your proposal here in the comment section - or resend it completely as an email I will delete this post. Blogger will ONLY post text and jpgs - anything else winds up in blogger purgatory and we never see it. I look forward to reading your proposal as we dearly missed you last week!
Dang it! I will repost in a new e-mail! Somehow I saved it differently on my thumb drive!
