Sarah's proposal

I am going to continue with the 8" x 10" size for several reasons, I really like working small and pushing detail, I have a bunch of canvases and boards already in that size, and it fits on my scanner bed which will solve my picture taking problems. My subject will remain food, but I am going to try to focus on reflective surfaces, as that is a challenge for me. My medium will still be acrylic ink with charcoal, and occasionally watercolor. I am still back and forth with those two. I will throw in some gel transfers, because those are pure joy! I am also ordering some yupo paper, which I have never used, so wish me luck and any suggestions are welcomed. I am thinking I can produce 20ish (maybe 30) pieces, I guess depending on how bogged down I get in the detail, erasing and over-painting.

I am so looking forward to seeing the Picasso show! Anyone else want to see Kawase Hasui with me? I have never been to VMFA, can't wait!
