Linda's Proposal

It is my intention to complete a series of circular/water ripple designs; organic, geometric, and a combination of the two.  I will be working with layers of acrylic on wood.  My goal is to create a "wet flowing" appearance on each surface with small contrasting areas of dry scratchiness. I will be starting small with three 14inx14in pieces, as I explore switching over from an acrylic transfer base (of a photograph or geometric design), to one of just acrylic paint and medium.  After I gain control of the new process I will begin creating what I hope to be a collection of three 24x24in pieces and three 36 x36in pieces.  Then hopefully I will have time to create a final 48x48in. Below is the first of my three 14 x14in.  It is an enlargement of my 6x6in
