Norma / 3 pictures

I tried this a week ago. I'm guessing that it was too big! I tried again with groupwise today, it didn't work. I think it will now!
These three are 8x10. I really enjoyed working on the whole media experiment. I would line then up in a row and work on three or four of them at a time. The two favorite things I used were oil sticks and dry erase cleaner!

I am enjoying the implication of movement and chicken scratch immensely! I am almost here the clucking in the background. Where will these take you - or the chickens lead you??

How do you use the oil sticks & dry erase cleaner? I'm intrigued!

Norma, I would like to know about number 1. I love the contrast of light and dark purple from left to right. Did you apply or erase to get this color change?

I really like the loose spontaneity of all three. Nice combination of medium over collage, as well as color. The dry erase cleaner melted the oil pastels? Hmm, veddy interesting. :o) Christine

I love the color & energy of your lines! I'd like to see some more that experiment with different patterns and textures that relate to chickens...

Exciting; I like how the image becomes deconstructed and look forward to seeing the entire series.

They have so much energy behind them with bold colors, free flowing lines, and layers (#2). I'm interested in seeing where you go from here.
